Hearing Screening Importance
We recommend a hearing screening at least once a year. Your hearing ability can change over time, even without obvious detection. Sometimes permanent hearing loss can be related to exposure to loud noises above 80 decibels or more. Other times, hearing loss can be temporary, involving earwax buildup or an ear infection. No matter the reason, it is important to be diligent about your hearing health, to prevent further damage and other health issues that come along with it.
Symptoms of Hearing Loss:
- Muffled or diminished hearing.
- Ringing in the ears.
- Difficulty understanding conversations.
