At Echo Hearing in Independence, OH our goal is to provide you the best possible hearing care, based upon your individual needs. With locations in Cleveland and the surrounding areas (Beachwood, Independence, Westlake), we are proud to provide hearing screenings and demonstrations, routine and diagnostic testing, programming and adjustments, in-office repairs and cleaning of all makes and models of hearing aids, hearing aid batteries, and hearing aid accessories. Any new hearing aids purchased from us come with an evaluation period, extended warranty, and 0% financing!

Meet Our Providers

Kristen Chamberlain, AuD

Dr. Kristen Chamberlain was born and raised in the Cleveland and has been proving exceptional hearing health care in the Northeast Ohio area since 2015.

Kristen is a proud Bobcat of Ohio University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2011. She then continued her education at the University of Akron where she received her doctorate degree in Audiology in 2015. She completed her graduate work in a variety of clinical settings, including her residency at the Cleveland Clinic: Head and Neck Institute.

Kristen quickly learned she had a passion for helping people hear better and has helped many Northeast Ohioans by utilizing the latest hearing device technology. Kristen is an avid music lover, enjoys cooking and being in the outdoors with her husband.

Karilyn Ryder, Au.D.

Dr. Karilyn Ryder received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Miami University in 2013.  She attended the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium in Akron, Ohio, where she received her doctorate in audiology in 2017.   As part of her clinical training, she worked with a diverse team of audiologists and Ear, Nose & Throat physicians in Youngstown, OH.  Dr. Ryder developed a passion for the journey to better hearing and focuses her practice on including the patients’ loved ones in hearing aid fittings.  She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and follows the latest research journals in audiology.
