Meet Our Providers

Tara M. Miller, BC-HIS

Tara Miller has been serving the Troy, NY community since 2013. To better serve her patients she will now be offering the same exceptional hearing health care to the Greenville, NY area. Hearing loss has been a part of Tara’s life since her early years and she finds that her experience wearing hearing aids enables her to have an increased understanding of the challenges faced by those with hearing loss. Tara continuously works to help her patients rediscover hearing so they can live rich, vibrant and fulfilling lives. Tara received her Bachelor’s degree from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD and is a fully trained and licensed New York State Hearing Aid Dispenser.

Carlene Dell, HAD

Carlene Dell, HAD earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art from Florida Atlantic University in 1993 and then graduated from Intramed in the Certified Medical Assistance program in 1996.

With Helen Keller as her childhood hero, Carlene learned to sign the alphabet at a young age. At her first job in a restaurant, these skills allowed her to efficiently wait on a deaf couple. They were elated when their order came out just to their liking for the first time! Carlene carries this quality of care with her every day when educating and explaining treatments and technology to her patients.
