Dana Falardeau, M.A., CCC-A
Dana J. Falardeau received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Michigan State University in Audiology and Speech Science. She is licensed by the State of Michigan in Audiology and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence through ASHA. She has a passion for helping people hear better and improve their quality of life. In her free time, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and four boys.
Michelle Giddings, BC-HIS
Michelle Giddings began her career in hearing health 33 years ago. She was on the Michigan Hearing Aid Society Board, and is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. She was owner and operator of Hackley Hearing/Sonus Centers in West Michigan for 15 years. After selling the practice, she took a management position with a major hearing aid manufacturer where she managed hundreds of Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers. She enjoyed team building and problem solving.
Recently, Michelle returned to running a private practice. Michelle is passionate about helping those who are starting the journey of hearing loss. From those in denial about their hearing loss, to those who have already taken the step to better hearing but are still not satisfied. She, too, has taken the plunge to better hearing and would love to show others her invisible hearing aids, and how they work with her iPhone as a remote.
