Meet Our Providers


Dr. Rachel Horne received her Doctorate in Audiology from Missouri State University and finished her 4th year residency at Northwest Arkansas ENT, in Bentonville. She has over ten (10) years of clinical and patient experience. Dr. Horne is originally from Hot Springs and received her Bachelors of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Ouachita Baptist University. Dr. Horne has a broad scope of experience including Vestibular, Cochlear Implants, and Electrophysiology, but her passion is Hearing Aids. She has seen firsthand the results and understands the ability of hearing aids changing people’s lives in effective and positive ways. Dr. Horne is extremely knowledgeable in the newest technology; allowing her to effectively provide for each patient’s specific needs. The desire to help others is what drives her work ethic, and business. Since Dr. Horne both lives and practices in Russellville, she’s very excited to be serving her community and the residents of the River Valley.

Rachel has a love for family, serving her church, great food, shopping, and sports, primarily soccer; which she played for 15 years. Dr. Horne enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephen, despite the fact he is an Auburn fan and alumni and daughter, Reese. During football season you will always find her and her family at a live game or in front of a TV watching the Razorbacks and/or Auburn Tigers. Together they have two loveable rescue dogs, Birdie and Sophie, who keep them active and outdoors. Rachel comes from a strong Christian home and loving family.


Dr. Willen has thirty-five years of experience in the evaluation and rehabilitation of hearing in both children and adults. She received her B.A. Degree in Deaf Education and a M.A. Degree in Audiology from Ball State University in Indiana. She was awarded the Clinical Doctorate (AuD) in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences, a branch of the Kirksville School of Medicine.

Dr. Willen has been recognized as a “Fellow” by the Academy of Audiology and has earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) through the American Speech and Hearing Association. Cathy served on the board of the Missouri Academy of Audiology for three years and was President of the Academy in 2010.
